Meet Cynthia Figueroa
Cynthia Figueroa, a successful attorney and longtime Frisco resident, will defend the values of District 106. With over 30 years of legal experience, focused on business and government law, she was elected to serve as the Dallas County Clerk, where she made history as the first woman elected to the position. Cynthia is uniquely qualified to bring true conservative leadership to District 106.
Her prior elected service in Dallas County gave her invaluable experience governing over 2 million constituents, with Dallas County being one of 10 largest counties in the country. Serving as County Clerk was more than a full-time job. She ran her office efficiently during her tenure, saving taxpayers millions of dollars, and she did so as a single mother. Her service extended beyond her elected role. She led the Dallas County Republican Party as Vice Chair and the Head of Ballot Security, where she upheld election integrity.
Cynthia is extremely experienced and well-versed in government law and currently sits on the Dallas Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors. She was appointed to serve on this board due to her knowledge of the North Texas region, government entities and boards from advising many throughout her career.
A principled conservative and trailblazer, Cynthia Figueroa is the ideal candidate that Texas House of Representatives District 106 needs. With her legal acumen and unwavering commitment to community values, Cynthia aims to drive economic growth to address the many issues effecting the North Texas region.
Cynthia and her loving husband, a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, have called District 106 home for the last decade.
